Here they are after 3 hours at 350 They could have easily gone another half hour but dinner was ready - so we ate. I added a little of JJ's sauce an hour ago on the outside. |

They were very good - juicy (as you can see) Times and temps can vary:
300 for 3.5 hr |

I used a handful of apple chips and a hickory chunk spread over the lump. |
