Salmon - Filets

Salmon Filets

Cooking 12 min @ 400 dome

Pictured are the four Salmon Filets. The closest three have a mixture of Old Bay, Butter, and lemon spread on them. Its mixed into a thin paste and spread on both sides then tossed on the fish grid. The top filet is coated in Char-Crust Hickory/Molasses.

 

 

Here they are after 12 min at 400 deg dome. The left one is the Char-Crust filet (it was great) and the ones to the right of it are the ones with OldBay, butter, lemon. They were also good.

 

 

 

Here are the Salmon Filet after my wife added the pasta. It don't get much better folks!!
