I was introduced to Char Crust by KennyG on the BGE forum and for that I am thankful. I have tried all of the 5 different flavors of Char Crust and they are truly a great find for grilling on the Big Green Egg or any gas or charcoal grill. |
Simply cover the meat with Char Crust and grill as always. It forms a crust and sears in the juices to make it moist and tasty. Try a 5 pack sampler - the Peppercorn/Garlic is divine on steaks or any beef. The original has a nice spicy bite to it. Try them yourself. |
