Who says BBQ'ing is seasonal

Tim M digs his way to the Big Egg to cook ribs. We have 11" now and 2-3 more to come. Oh by the way - going 3 hrs direct with mustard coat and JJ's rub on the ribs. Cooking at a steady 250 dome. Cold does not bother the BGE!
