I am offering you a service that will automatically email with all
the new listings that match certain criteria that you provide me
with. Here is an example: Lets assume you want a house in Kitty Hawk
with a minimum of 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, for $350,000 to $400,000
within 3 lots of the ocean. You fill out the Preferred
Buyer Form and submit it to me. I will enter your criteria in
our local MLS system and each day the service automatically emails
you any new listings, or ones that have changed (ie: price changes)
that match your criteria. Some days you might get 0 and some days you
might get 6 or more - depending on how specific your criteria is and
the number of listings added that day. These will be ALL listinged
property here - not just the listings in our office.
I can always remove you or change the criteria as you wish. If you
want to keep up with new listings, this is the best way to do that
without having to go search everyday. Here is the Preferred
